We have worked together in one of the biggest Digital Program for one of the leading Non-Banking Financial Corporation (NBFC) for 1.5 years. During this tenure I have worked with him numerous times, directly and indirectly. I have also been his technical mentor. Due to which I am confident that this recommendation would be true reflection of him. He has unique technical acumen especially in Microservice Architecture, REST Based Services, Java language, latest frameworks like Spring Boot, Spring REST, Database related technologies like Hibernate, and Oracle. Apart from knowing technologies he knows how and when to use them. This stands out him from others. He has written many common modules which has helped to implement new functionalities easily, in less time. He has also taken session on how to use JPA (Java Persistence API) for whole team. Both of his effort has reduced number of lines to written to achieve business functionality eventually reduction in technical complexity, increased extensibility and maintainability. He has great aptitude for learning new things, his grasping power is very strong which makes him quick learner. This can be substantiated by one instance where he had to write a new module for which I had asked him to design on his own, utilizing multiple design patterns. To achieve this, in very short period of time he had learnt design patterns and came up with very good design. This design, after applying review comments, has become one of the best design in overall huge code base. He is the man of positive attitude. Attitude to get the work done, in right way and time. In multiple occasions when module delivery was around the corner and things were not working out as expected and with appropriate code quality, Prashant had been brought in as savior to turn around things. He has never let his managers down, even if he had to put extra effort or sacrifice his personal life momentarily. I have found him to be a reliable, hardworking and dedicated person. Given proper guidance, coaching, and, training he can do wonders.

I know Prashant since last 2 years, we are working together on a complex distributed system. Prashant is hard working and dedicated professional. He has good grasping capabilities and ability to see bigger picture of given problem. Prashant is highly technical individual and always open to explore newer technologies. He has implemented couple of common libs and exposed them for the larger audience. Prashant is definitely an asset to any project , team he is working for.
